Supply chains are constantly evolving and professionals in the field must stay on top of trends and new developments to ensure their organizations achieve and sustain a competitive advantage. As such, 500 of Canada's top supply chain management professionals will attend the Purchasing Management Association of Canada's (PMAC) national conference on May 21-23, 2008 in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador.

The 83rd Annual Conference will bring together leading supply chain experts to share first-hand insights and offer guidance on navigating a changing marketplace. The conference is the largest of its kind in Canada.
The theme of this year's conference, On the Crest of a New Wave, will focus on creating flexible supply chains that can quickly adapt and thrive in uncharted economic waters.
The conference features four keynote speeches, 25 education sessions, three networking events and a sponsor showcase. This year's speakers will present supply chain case studies from Fortune 500 companies, cost-saving procurement strategies, executive-level leadership skills, socially responsible supply chains and other key issues that are changing the way companies do business today.
